It’s estimated that 1 in 9 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. However, as not all individuals disclose their diagnoses, the true number can be difficult to grasp. To make this statistic more tangible, we created 27 Pai-Pai Cells, an evolution of the Pai-Pai Cells from our previous work, Light in Sight (2021). Within these 27 balls, we have included 3 different balls to represent the approximate 1 in 9 breast cancer incidence rate.
